"This was the best Eritrean experience of my life. Without doubt, the best injera I ever had, better yet than in the Asmara restaurant in Rome, considered one of the best in the world. Eden explained that she uses 100% teff flour, which is unusual in the USA. The taste is more intense and the texture more pronounced. I will definitely go back soon."
